Poor

Terrible. Would not do it again until they greatly improve the place.

Shuttle driver was excellent. Staff was friendly.

During happy hour,the server marked off BOTH my husband's complimentary drinks,when he only had one. There was a vent leaking water into our room all over the floor in front of the refridgerator. We were not offered a different room.Restaurant staff was horrid. Never came to offer us a menu or take an order! Pool area had a stench so bad,we couldn't even use it. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Sausage had an oddly sweet taste & the eggs tasted like they were powdered. We couldn't eat such awful food. For the fees they charge,I expected way more.

Sadly, wont stay here again based on the poor status of the beds along

Location downtown Staff very friendly Pillows were good

Needs a desperate upgrade. Very tired looking. Beds were very old, uncomfortable, needs new ones. Breakfast could be improved. Very mediocre! Get rid of the mystery meat (flimsy turkey bacon)

Disappointing

Was nice until I figure it out. They charge me way too much.

The bed were really comfortable

I told the front desk I was going to be late as I am traveling in. That it will be after 2:00 AM. We ended up getting there at three. Our reservation was canceled. I gotta cancel fee. Then he made a whole new reservation for that night and then use a different reservation for my last night there. Instead of paying the booking.com charge of $300.14 I was charged $199.00 plus the $50 fee that Im supposed to be getting back the first night. Plus the cancellation fee of $150.08 and the second night was $178.05 I will be calling Monday morning.
