It wasnt a very good experience

The staff were very nice helpful and very polite

I didnt like that when I booked my reservation I wasnt told the hot tub would not be working I wasnt told the breakfast Buffett wasnt going to be provided only boxed which had fruit cups applesauce granola bars and a cappuccino this wasnt on the website when I booked it told me a wholleeeeeeeeeeee breakfast Buffett I would have never booked I also have a 12 year old autistic child and she wasnt able to go to sleep until 2 in the morning because the room next to me was loud and very disturbing which I let the staff know the next day and they said they were aware of it

It was an enjoyable stay with the exception of being double charged for my room.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were exceptional.

I was double charged for my room. Working through Priceline to contact hotel for my refund of $165.68

Superb

Great getaway in Columbus!

Embassy Suites Columbus was a nice location just outside the airport. Spacious room, good breakfast and the manager's reception was also fun. Wish we could have tried out the pool.

It was a bit crowded. That's to be expected though, being a college town on a football weekend. So, a bit noisy and lots of young folk running around.

Only came to stay to visit an event downtown Columbus. Most part ok other than when first arrived

Most of the staff was nice and the room was very big

When I went to check in the first time the lady was extremely rude since I was there at 3 and not 4. I told her I requested early check in but no big deal if the room wasn't ready. All she said after that was "check in is at 4" I then asked if I could be notified if it becomes ready before 4 and she said just come back at 4. I was very close to just checking in at another hotel but decided not to since this was so expensive. Luckily when I came back she wasn't there and it went a bit smoother but still had a bad taste in my mouth. I know people have bad days but I felt she was taking it out on me and almost caused lost business.

On arrival, the room given to us was smelling of cigarettes. Highly disappointed

There is not enough staff for cleaning. When checking out, the staff couldn't give my checked out receipt but suggested to have it emailed to me. I have not received any email.

Staff went out of their way to bring me a fan to my room purely for the noise while sleeping at night. Our shuttle drivers were both amazing and informative .
