This Embassy Suites in Charlotte/Ayrsley has a perfect location and is dog friendly. The front lobby is nicely decorated with a bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable (Read More) beds. Breakfast is very good with a variety of hot and cold items. There is plenty of free parking. The staff at the front desk, including Jaron, Julia, and Anthony, provide exceptional service. The hotel offers a cocktail hour and the atmosphere is great. Overall, it is highly recommended with excellent customer service and amenities.

Great birthday weekend
Everything? Beautiful location- the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel was beautifully appointed, open bright and clean. Lobby was spacious and had a large waterfall feature. The decorations were nice. The area around hotel is totally walkable and cute. Hotel is close to food, movie theater, outlets, Walmart, and shopping.

Location and staff was very nice and friendly . The breakfast was great
We found a vape in our room that wasnt ours , the room had some damage on the floor , not very clean as we found old food under the bed , the top paper roll was empty and the coffee maker didnt work

Great staff, perfect location, accept dogs
Friendly staff. Allow dogs for a fee which is a HUGE plus for us when traveling. Accommodating to our needs since we had dogs.
Did not provide a doggie care package like a few other hotels do. It would be a nice touch. Offer a discount for volunteers who volunteer at Operation Christmas Child facility near by. Provide a refund on dog fee if room clean upon inspection. Especially if dogs were in a kennel during stay in the room and not running around within the room. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and highly recommend.

Breakfast many selections but taste was just mediocre. I'm used to great taste with Embassy suites breakfast

Beds were very uncomfortable. The check in clerk was struggling with all aspects of our check in. Had to ask for water. No amenities.

Overall this was was mediocre stay. Clean property and very nice employees
I liked the evening reception. The beds were comfortable
The juice at breakfast and the omelets were made with carton eggs rather than real eggs
