The hotel's bar are (Read More)a and spacious lobby were also appreciated. Some guests were disappointed with the fridge not being cold enough and limited AC control. The $10 parking fee and lack of shuttle or public transport were mentioned as drawbacks. The rooms were well-designed and clean, with a separate living room and bedroom. Some guests found the carpet dated and had issues with limited luggage space and a hard-to-move sliding door. The shower pressure was weak and housekeeping was inconsistent. I cant believe weve been charged for this and I cant believe its not been refunded yet unbelievable

They charged us for a dog and we did not have one my wife was met by our granddaughter in the front lobby and she brought her puppy with her they asked my wife to sign a piece of paper and after that we left the animal never came back and we did not have a dog they charged us $75 for it this really needs to be resolved its been way too long Len Tomei 801-641-1722 delta airlines tower Retired

Very good

Overall a good place to stay.

Rosa in the eating area is an excellent employee, went above and beyond. The breakfast is great and the dinner selection is good and the food was excellent.

Our room had a dirty shower curtain but it was changed when we asked. The doors appear to never be cleaned, the cleanliness seems to have gone down in the last year.

We love everything about this hotel! I stay here when I run away with my husband and we have a great little break from everything! Order room service relax and have the best breakfast!! But we also stay here with the kids! It's so adorable and we really feel like we get the best of everything here. We love this place!
