Review 1: The hotel was able to accommodate a last-minute Bat Mitzvah with ease. The hotel is new, clean, and the staff are phenomenal, making the experience wonderful. Very good

Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The Bridges restaurant was a great choice to dine. Compliments to the chef for a job well done. We ordered the key lime crab cracks and the shrimp and chorizo with grits. Both were absolutely phenomenal.

We booked through a booking app and did not get the room we paid for at check in, however after we brought it to the attention of the front desk staff he immediately changed our room.

Comfortable stay in a central downtown location

Location is great, close to main street. The room did not have carpeting which is a bonus. We escalated issues about cleaning and the staff resolved our problem immediately. Their staff really delivers great customer service. Very good breakfast and bar on the 8th floor.

location was good, breakfast was good,

parking space very small, no one on the front of hotel to help with the luggage, fee for parking even if you guest there ,the facility is not 5 ,4 or even 3 star hotel, this place don't offer much ,on top they charge resort fee per day -wonder for what ? ,is 2 star hotel. Had broken all light in the rooms ,no glasses to be use in kitchen or cups or plates .will not recommended for that price .

Great selection for breakfast. The custom made omelets were fabulous.

Unfortunately they were doing work on the floor above us so it was difficult to take a quick nap in the afternoon.

Our stay was just okay nothing out of the ordinary.

location is good, breakfast was okay, not many options.

i think you guys to do a lot better, in the check-in process, i didn't know that our rooms wouldn't be on a daily basis. until i was informed by my wife, this should've been up front within the check in process...
