The best part was our beautiful view on the balcony and loved how I was able to get great photos with my family!

The location was awesome and very close to the beach and other amenities!

Did not have strawberry jam

The a/c was broken when I checked in and it was not working. The staff refused to change the room even though I was checking in at the 4 pm earliest check in for a 3 day stay. After repairing it was too cold and it was cold outside so I could not put on the heat.

For the $300 stay fee plus the amenities it wasnt worth it for us. We were expecting more of a adult lively atmosphere,

We loved the balcony, sitting out and looking at the dock!

We didnt like the bar area around the pool. It didnt have a great vibe for happy hour. the pool area was full of children. It wasnt what we expected for a couples getaway more family oriented.

Nice location but property is aged and needs a serious facelift

Location, Breakfast, Service in Restaurant

Property was old and aged, rebar coming out of the concrete, AC didnt turn off nor could you turn it down so was super cold. Lobby furniture not comfortable. Price for parking is abuse.

Uncleanliness if the Hyatt Regency had us on edge our entire trip.

The bed linen was soiled. I had to ask twice to have the linen changed because they flipped the soiled linen from the head of the bed to the foot of the bed. Sunday September 24th a refunded of $1700 was returned to my account. Thursday after I returned home the $1224.20 was withdrawn by Hyatt Sarasota. I am pursuing action.

I did not like the Leigh Marks promised to refund our stay which they did. Serena, Font Desk Supervisor reference tried to say it was a miss understanding a d that they were only going to honor one night stay after the whole stay was refunded. Wes Santos, General Manager attempted to quantify how should feel about the insanitary status of hotel linens. This should not be said if any hotel. I'm am disgusted and appalled by this and will make sure that this is addressed. After we lodged our complaint they put wine and snacks in our room. That did not ease the thought of having to possibly lie down on dirty linens every night. No guest on vacation should have to inspect their linens nightly.

Amazing for the price.

Property was awesome. Definitely very resort like which is what we were looking for. Pet friendly. Excellent location. Amazing staff. We had a king balcony with a view of the pool and the water and it felt truly luxurious. Will definitely stay here again next time were in Sarasota. Oh, and free bike and kayak rentals included in the resort fee. $10 self parking. Amazing park for the kids across the street and a little area to sit in the sand in Adirondacks and look at the sunset. Overall, an excellent experience.
