Enjoyable stay, would recommend to couples

Room had bath with powerful shower which we enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was beneficial to us that they sold the tram tickets at the hotel because we used the tram often to travel to the centre.

The spa was overcrowded and we were disappointed to have to pay for it. Do not eat at the restaurant for dinner - 0/10.

No hot tub in spa area. our ac wasnt working in our room so we got moved. But the next room was slightly more outdated and dirty.

Nice hotel, OK spa, nice staff and really nice meal in their restaurant. Breakfast selection was very good too.

Steam room was not working and was told spa was fully booked for treatments, but in fact spa had no staff on duty that day. Book ahead.

Staff were rude Cleanliness was awful Health and safety issues in corridors and bedroom, dust in vents, thick dust on top of bed and in air vent. Bedding had stains on pillows.

Spa facilities were very good, reasonable location .. value for money .. Organised a taxi for the following morning to Treviso .. however i would suggest you inform the guest what the potential cost of the taxi

Restaurant wasnt open, which could have been informed to us before arrival.. on check in this was explained to us and so i asked for recommendations for other restaurants in the area and I was told to walk into the city centre, which we did, however without actually been given any recommendations, this was pointless and hence we find no suitable restaurants. Later in the evening, when purchasing from the drinks fridge in the lobby, while been dealt with at the reception, the person took at least 2 if not 3 calls and hence i was made to wait while he took these phonecalls eventhough i had been there beofre any of these calls ..
