Check-in experience, parking, spaciousness of the room, assistance of the staff with parking and taxi.

Bathroom - a lot of water from the shower spils onto the floor of the bathroom due to design of the bathtub.

Spacious, Clean Rooms

Rooms were clean and comfortable. And a bit more room than most places we've stayed, in Italy. Close to public transportation. Good view of the bay. Staff was also helpful. We happened to arrive at a peak time, when there was little availability, due to the marathon race, and at peak prices. We were able to add a second day at the normal rate.

No real complaints. It's not cheap, but you do get a good value for what you pay. Only one minor issue, is that is there is no refrigerator.......I always like to have something cold to drink available.

Perfect choice

The breakfast was wonderfull, they had varity of food. The beedroom was perfect, we were 5 people, so we rooms were nexto the other. The bus to Venezia you can take it in front of the hotel.

Convenient location but old hotel

Good location in Mestre, Venice. Close to the big supermarket (Interspar) and train station (1.3 km by walk, 5 min by taxi).

Pretty old hotel. Rooms need some renovation (especially in a bathroom, few lamps didnt work). But overall it was good.

I will not book in any NH hotel again

The a/c was very very bad , and when i talked to them they said we cannot lower it than 23degree and its our policy, and the room was very warm , outside degree was 28 in summer
