The Edgewater Inn and Suites offers nice rooms, although the walls are thin and noise from the laundry room can be heard. However, the location is great, with easy access to the beach and walking dis (Read More)tance to the pier. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Another review praises the excellent service, nice room, and spectacular view. The hotel is pet-friendly with a pool and offers a free breakfast. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Pismo Beach.

Location and view was spectacular

There was no breakfast offered only granola bars coffee hot chocolate

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable Chairs in living room area were also uncomfortable

The staff is awesome maintance man came out at 7pm to get the jets working for us.

The people above us were horrible and kept us up most the night the last night we were there.

Superb

Old but decent room with nice view

We got a room that has an ocean view. It was astonishing in the morning. The room is large and quiet.

The facilities are a little bit old but good enough.

Had an amazing time would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Staff went above and beyond made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the lobby. Receptionis checked me in and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered, she even gave me directions to where my room was and made the process easy and fast.

I wish the room had more pillows. I'm not sure if that's something on my part that I needed to ask for in advance, but I assumed there would be extra pillows in the closets. other than that, my experience was great!
