Disappointing

Don't stay there!

Closeness to other little towns

Flinzy sheets and blankets. I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $40.00 AFTERWARDS AND WHEN I CALLED TO FIGURE OUT WHY, THEY SAID 2 PILLOWS WERE MISSING AFTER I LEFT AND SAID I HAD TAKEN THEM !!! WHAT???? The interesting thing was that the front desk person didn't even know my name when I called. And, when I enquired about the change he immediately said the the 2 pillows were missing. I said I didn't take the pillows, was this for real??? THAN, he angrily asked for the date of my check out and my name and said he was going to refund me. I've traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels. This is a first for me. Watch out!

A complete mess and rip off

Ive booked here numerous times and have never had problems beyond their usual rude staffbut thats far beyond being a surprise. Beyond that, Id always assumed them to be fair peoplemy mistake.

I booked on the app looking for a room for the remainder of the night. As I was searching the rooms available list it ticked past midnight. When I booked the room it defaulted to the current date and booked me a room for check in at 3pm, later that afternoondefeating the entire purpose of booking. The guy at the check in understood what had happened but said I must fix the issue through the app. As part of that process, they allow me to request that that the property waive any cancellation fees for the entire 10-15 minutes it was booked before I was seeking to cancel upon noticing the apps defaulting to the incorrect date. The property refused to waive the cancellation fee and charged me full price for a room that I wasnt even in town to check in to.

Ok for one night stay but not comfortable for extended stay.

Easy to find

Need more grab bars in the bathroom. No art or pictures on the wall of the room. Need TV ch list as it is hard to find on the tv. Freeway noise is obvious.
