Very good

The hotel was super clean and well-equipped. The cleanliness and location were great.

The booking was under my name for my family. My wife with my 6 months old and 6 years old went to the hotel first while I was still busy and the front desk gave them hard time to check in. I understand the rule is for me to present but a phone call or better attitude would be better dealing with a family.

Our stay was ok.

The rooms were good and the lobby area was nice but a little dark. Not light enough to read a book.

We were there on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The cafe and restaurant were closed. I expected that a hotel such as this would have had a cafe open for dinner. We had to look outside the hotel at the surrounding streets. nothing was open except for a McDonald's which was disgusting. Not somewhere I would normally got to for a meal!!!

Comfortable / well appointed rooms, friendly / helpful staff, great location for access to parliament and walking to Kingston cafes / restaurants (or a stroll around the lake !).

Great hotel, spacious rooms and good bar, coffee shop and restaurant onsite.

We were delayed getting back for checkout, the front desk were very accomodating.

Exceptional

Would stay again- very nice.

Great rooms- very large. Loved having a balcony. King sized bed was very comfortable. Excellent location and on-site parking. Great bar and restaurant.

Price of drinks was a bit expensive and choice of beers and wine was a little limited.
