Our stay was amazing and we will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was very good. There was lots to choose from, literally something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room and it was clean.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Maybe the lines were a little long but definitely manageable.

Great place to stay in downtown Nashville.

The staff was exceptional helpful and friendly. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and visiting with the bartender. The food was good and the location near Broadway was great.

The sounds of sirens in the middle of the night were disruptive to our sleep.

Downtown Nashville with perks, parking and laundry.

The hotel was conveniently located in Downtown Nashville with guest parking attached. The staff was very friendly and the bartender gave us an incredible tip about easy entry into the Predators hockey match. The breakfast was yummy every morning. We did have the evening cocktails, but skipped the bites since we were planning on enjoying local restaurants. We had a long trip for the holiday and were also able to use the laundry facility to freshen up some clothes as well.

The hotel was great, but we did get double charged for the parking. However, I called and they refunded the overcharge immediately. Mistakes happen, but great customer service really helps!

Poor

Great except the staff on duty when we got back was horrible. Wont go back.

Amenities and location. Kick back with complimentary food and drinks.

Had a horrible experience with a staff member and wrote a complaint to the hotel. It was New Years Eve and everything was great except this staff member and Ill never go to this chain again.
