The property had a great vibe and everything one could need - excellent bar and restaurant, cafe and holiday themed bar.

The front desk area had a strong "accrid" smell. It was weird because no other part of the hotel smelled that way.

Perfect hotel walking distance from downtown Nashville in a safe area!

Dream Nashville was awesome! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and immediately helped with our vehicle and baggage. The hotel was very pretty with a perfect location near Broadway just three blocks over. Very safe location with lots of tourists walking nearby. I would absolutely stay here again! Make sure to eat at Jason Aldean and explore rooftop amazing view up there! To undo some negative comments I read before coming I saw no homeless people. Valet was the same as everywhere else as far as cost and there were 2 to 3 people doing the valet service. I never waited more than 15 min for my car. The towels were fine very normal and not linty. The room and carpet were clean. The food was very delicious in the restaurant especially breakfast. The room size was fine with a large bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is free coffee in a special coffee shop in the lobby for those staying in the hotel. I thought the hotel was very affordable considering its amazing location to downtown. There was plenty of natural light coming from the large window. Our curtain closed all the way and there are bedside plug-ins behind the end tables. Housekeeping came every day and cleaned the room. The room colors were unique and fun, and I could not hear anything from the outside of the hotel.

Disappointing

The breakfast was great and the staff were attentive and kind.

We had to wait an hour for the valet and this really negatively impacted our stay.

Fun little weekend getaway

Rooms were very clean as well as bathrooms. Love the decor. Very close to everything, walked everywhere, no need for car really. Cute pop up holiday bar!

You have to valet or find another parking garage to park your car. They only had one valet person so dropping off/picking up your car when your ready to go home takes awhile....plan ahead. They had a show in the restaurant but only allow you to sit and eat for 2 hours (sounds great) until the show is "behind" and it does not start until you have already been there an hour and half and you paid $250 for brunch! Of course, when I asked why nobody communicated that nobody knew and they "were sorry"....would not have gotten brunch there if they were not going to let us watch it as there are way too many other places in Nashville to sit, eat, drink and watch shows for way cheaper!!!
