Great view of the fireworks! Exceptional front desk staff made our brief stay more enjoyable.

Beds are very comfortable for sure, but you need a can-opener to get under the covers...

Nice hotel - would stay again but need enforcement in the pool/ hot tub/ sauna areas

Great staff, comfortable rooms, clean

Pool and hot tub/sauna - all great but why are children allowed in hot tubs and sauna that should only be for adults? Not safe for kids and annoying for adults.

Not even one bottle of water

Quite, good beds only

Not even a single bottle of water in the room, you need to buy it from starbucks...coffee in room horrible...toilet clogged midnight, they sent you plunger...do it yourself...nobody even said sorry for this....not even one minute late check out....I do not recommend this place and not coming back for sure

Spa , pool , room and facilities

The room heating was not working initially. After the maintenance made it working it became too hot. Even when we tried reducing the temperature to 18 it still blew hot air so we had to keep it switched off for the duration of our stay but it was not cold without it
