Beautifully designed hotel in the heart of Venice

The hotel is beautiful designed and crafted, and located in the San Marco area of Venice, a short walk from St. Mark's Square. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. The hotel smells lovely and there's a kitchen area with ice and buckets for wine, as well as lots of tea, and coffee replenishments. There's a lovely canal view from the stylishly decorated rooms as well. Although a very high quality hotel, it doesn't have the amenities of a larger hotel so is very much a lovely room with a small fridge, lovely bathroom and tea/coffee making, in a great location - which was perfect for our needs, but may not suit others.

Would recommend 1000 times over!!!

When I say this was one of the best places Ive stayed - not only in Italy but worldwide. Marco was such an exceptional host & the room was absolutely gorgeous!!! My friend and I did not want to leave. Clean room, beautiful decor, amazing service & great communication. Would recommend 1000 times over!!! I wish I could add a video of the room, but I added screenshots from the videos I took.

Honestly theres nothing I would change.

Beautiful place to stay! Great canal view

Great hotel to stay at. Central location to all the great places to see. Few minutes from St. Marks, Doges Palace, Rialto Bridge, Grand Canal. Hotel booked us a private water taxi from the train station than to the airport on our last day which I highly recommend. Room was very clean & comfortable. Loved watching the singing gondolas go by from our canal window. Even gave a complimentary bottle of prosecco & 2 waters everyday. Room was also cleaned everyday. Everything was modern and clean. Highly recommended this hotel!

The curtains in the bathroom and room were sheer. I hung my travel blanket up in the bathroom window for privacy. the balconies across from us could see right into our room No lift so the stairs at the end of the night were sometimes brutal to climb. Also had to get our luggage up and down them

My stay at Hotel Domus Superior in Venice was fantastic. Marco, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
