Lovely resort, a little far from the city.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the little stalls they had for breakfast were so delicious. Food changed every day aside from the common breakfast items.

The only downfall was the location. Many taxi and Tuk Tuk did not want to go all the way out there, and each way was 500 Baht.

A big disappointment in a place, which could be a pearl

The only thanks and kudos go to the restaurant's staff. The two gentlemen and a lady serving the good breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive. Many thanks! The property has a potential to be a pearl! The gardens and green areas, the pond with lotuses, the big trees: absolutely beautiful. I can imagine it was in the past an lovely resort, but the poor, or no maintenance made the Villas a hulk! At least the small villas, like the one we booked.

Terrible lack of maintenance, the dirty bathroom, the swimming pool could also get more attention. The air-con didn't work properly for the firs night, the second night was simply gone. We could hear the noise of the fuse, switching off the air-con. Pity, because it could have been a dream staying there. However, we had the One Bedroom Villa, paying 7,525.39 THB for 2 nights. Absolutely overpriced! Worth maybe 1,500 THB per night. The structure of the villas became rotten and nobody seems to be interested to rescue, what still could be renovated. I can not recommend to book any of the One Bedroom Villas for this price expecting to get a nice, clean bungalow.

Really love this villa, may book again if Im coming back to Hua Hin.

Love everything in this villa, especially the bed, its really comfortable. Also, need to praise the staff, very welcoming and very helpful, really appreciated. The breakfast is also stunning, basically you can taste the most traditional Thai food in your breakfast and it taste so good.

Its quite far from the main town and its difficult to call cabs.

Dream place to take your family

It is a perfect place to stay with famliy or friends. Very Kid friendly place. Staff is very nice,polite and friendly. I have booke two room pool villa. It is very comfortable and kids have enjoyed alot. Breakfast can be better

Location was far from town and peaceful. Room was big and comfortable. All room amenities were provided and was adequate. Spa in room was a bonus . Pool was good size.if u looking for peaceful bliss and a break..do stay here

Few minor issues like ants but it's hot and is expected. Nothing to complain...really wonderful and peaceful resort.
