Very good

Great location, great staff.

Great location. 10 minutes away from centre of York. Staff were lovely too, cant fault them.

Air conditioning/heating didnt work in the room. Had to request portable radiators in order to keep the room warm. TV seems cheap too, it had the option to watch YouTube but it struggled to load/buffer any videos.

Lovely property in a great location but needs a few minor changes in the rooms.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The room could benefit from a fridge and proper heating. The bathroom floor was extremely cold. The bedroom wasnt what was portrayed from the website and was smaller.

Peaceful very clean lovely new year break

Drinks and food too expensive also at new year was advertised as bar closing at 00.30 but shut at 12.00 midnight people coming back from pub was dissapponted to see it closed before 00.30
