Great size property, more than adequate for 9 of us. Clean and modernised and in the perfect location.

Superb property. Each room was beautifully decorated, with lots of period features and ample space. Multiple large bathrooms. Lovely lounge and kitchen/ diner. Literally in the centre of York just inside the historic city walls and only 5 min walk from the train station. Would recommend and stay again.

We all had a lovely time together and the house was a great focal point to all have fun in....

The house is fabulous, stylish and relaxing while the location is excellent, just ten minutes walk from everything that York as to offer....

Paying for parking....its a real bug bear...but hey its a major tourist city

Absolute luxury

The property is stunning beyond words. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults celebrating a special birthday. The location was spot on. we arrived on train and it was a 5 min walk to the house. We were close to all the pubs. The property was so well equipped. Everything was done to the highest standard. We particularly loved the high spec kitchen equipment. It had everything we might need. The whole place just screamed luxury. I would definitely recommend a stay here and I would love to return.

There was NOTHING to dislike about this property.

Sometimes the road outside was a little noisy but I think that's because it was a races weekend but it didnt bother us!

Beautiful property in a great location within the walls

Great communication with the proprietors prior to and during our stay. Great location. Beautifully decorated with a lot of thought having gone into the interior design.

The three bedrooms on the top floor have very low ceilings, so make sure if youre 6ft 5 like me, to be very careful.
