Bed bugs, staff physically threatens you and no refund when you refuse to stay in a room w/bed bugs

Firstly there was broken glass spinning around in the hot tub, my 10 year, myself and my friend were lucky not to be cut. Paris the front desk staff didnt care, nor apologize. Then we lay down to go to sleep and find BED BUGS crawling under the pillows. When asking Paris for a manager she told me to shut the f*** up stop asking (for the manager) then she proceeded to say she was going to beat my a** in front of my son for asking to for the manager. When told I would be refunded due to having to find another hotel free of bed bugs, physical threats and broken glass, it has yet to happen and its been two weeks!

Pointless it was for relaxation and enjoying the hot tub which was out of service. Room had dirty pillowcases and no bat

The lobby and the room was very nice and clean.

Very easy to find a parking. I love how it has shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the bathroom.

I didnt like how the TV was on when we first walked into our room. I would like a trash bag for the trash can and recycle bin (in the main room and in the bathroom trash)

Superb

Comfortable, quiet rooms check out at noon so we werent rushed Restaurant and coffee shop on-site

Better quality Kleenex and toilet paper would be appreciated

Delta always a good choice for a place away from home. from

Overall clean, comfortable. Rooms good space. Plenty of parking and easy access on/off highways. Location to downtown great and close proximity to other restaurants and shopping with a short drive. Attached restaurant and bar for convenience. Food very good, drink better.

Check if towels in bathroom, before taking shower. Assumption bit me. Hand towels make it difficult to dry off.

Nice

INice room Big on hydrating. They had a machine that dispenses filtered water, and they had packets to flavor your water. They also had ice cold water with lemons and cucumber. They had water Nobottle in the room too. Little things like that help when you are traveling.

No complimentary breakfast. Helps when you are traveling
