Breakfast was superb.

Had a bite to eat for lunch in the bar upon arrival. 76 for my son and I was a bit steep.

Good

Breakfast wasnt available as usual due to functions. Received email re breakfast but there seemed confusion when we arrived as we were then offered it but too late as other arrangements made

2nd packet of biscuits would have been nice to have with coffee in room. One packet to share not enough.

The gym and pool were closed after the first night. The restaurant was shut . When I arrived there was no one on reception. I was greeted in an unfriendly manner and told the usual nonsense about a 50 deposit which of course takes 3 to 5 days to reach your account after leaving . As with others Marriott hotels I have stayed in there are round plug sockets next to the bed so you cant plug your devices in . Very disappointing

Reception staff were dreadful. The barstaff and waiters were good. Breakfast was overcooked.

For us, location was good as we have family closeby.

The reception staff were very poor. We were not told that our room would not be serviced unless we asked. The tele was faulty. We reported it but there was no action taken. On departure we again reported the faulty tele-spoke to same receptionist who said it was difficult to get an engineer, but we were not offered another tele at any stage. We are not after compensation, just service.
