The location is awesome

I find it annoying when *some staff* mumbled in facemask, you're talking to customer not speaking to yourself, might as well remove the acrylic so that *they* can mumble while we can listen.

Overall the hotel is ok

Cleanliness is good

There are no free bottle of water when u requested for extra. And the hotel was not able to provide original soft copy of receipt

This hotel has become my family go-to hotel for our trips to Kuching.

Everything is in good condition, well kept, very comfortable.

Suggestion: The hotel could provide 3 towels instead for a triple room since there will be 3 guests.

Room was very clean, and very comfortable. Definately good for the money.

The location wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either. Many places to eat nearby, and a decent walk to the city for some one who's decently fit and brave enough to handle the weather.

Overall stay is comfortable. Value of money.

The housekeeping is good. The room was clean and the aircondition was good. Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is polite.

The drainage in the toilet can be improved. The floor tends to get flooded when you turn on the water in full force. The hot water is also not very consistent. Rooms can be quite noisy due to traffic as it is located on a busy road.
