The Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth by the Mall received mixed reviews. Guests found the location to be excellent, with nearby shopping and amenities. However, there were complaints about broken (Read More)heat in the rooms and a broken pool and hot tub. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Some guests also appreciated the evening cookies. Overall, the hotel was seen as a cozy and comfortable place to stay.

Couldn't pay cash at check in, and they tried charging my card at check in, they said it wouldn't be charged but they tried. The lady was rude and disrespectful to us at check in but I didn't catch her name but it was very rude of her to act the way she was acting towards us and what she was saying. So we left because we weren't gonna put up with her.

Awesome, inexpensive and convenient!

We booked this hotel last minute while we were traveling through Duluth and wanted an inexpensive hotel with easy access to the highway. This warm, clean, quiet, friendly place exceeded our expectations!

Nothing! Fit our needs perfectly! We will stay again!

Can't wait to go back.

Felt like we were in our own home. And so many pillows Bathroom had 4 outlets. Pool was heated. Super nice staff. But for the price, it's a great place for people on a budget but not cheap feeling. AND the mall with the Barnes and noble right across the highwayAND tiled by the door for dogs to come AND you're on a hill so you can feel separate to the business below.

The door card locks on outside doors and pool. They didn't always work. Had to be let in at the pool. Beds were harder then preferred. Shower could use a bit stronger water flow.

Got what we expected!

Breakfast was great...good selection of hot and cold foods. Location good for shoping and restaurants. Staff all friendly and helpful. Booked a handicap accessible room and that's what we got (that doesn't always happen).

Bad

The reception didn't accept my passport as a piece of ID. This is ridiculous and against the law, even. A passport is the surest ID for a person traveling anywhere in the world. But the receptionist refused it just because it didn't have my local (US) address. I wonder what she would do when dealing with any other foreign tourists.
