Best bang for your buck!

Friendly staff! Easy, early check-in. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Pool and continental breakfast, fun for the kids and a great location. Easy drive to downtown Duluth.

The only suggestion would be waffles for breakfast instead of the pancakes :)

If you just need a place to sleep, its okay.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean bed.

The night I was there, there was an odor similar to a wet dog. Also, the free breakfast was underwhelming.

Decent stay for the price when compared to the Duluth hotel prices.

Evening clerk was friendly and helpful. Location made for easy access to downtown superior, Duluth and a few nice walking paths and parks. Recommend VIP pizza if you need some delivery here.

Room was not very clean. Bed sounds like they made of plastic everytime you move they're so squeaky. There was alot of what looked like random people sitting at the computer behind the desk that couldn't help you. Very limited breakfast options. There was always a housekeeping cart at the hallway entry every morning really restricting traffic flow during the busiest time of the day.

Relaxed, clean and comparitively economical

Staff were relaxed, friendly and competent. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and pool with sauna and hot top were all great. I would have liked hotter decaf available and hot eggs for breakfast.
