Nothing at all

Everything. Hotel ran a beach club at prioritesd that over everything. Had no interest in guests just beach club members. Had blaring noise from so called DJ's for 12 hours a day even if guests asked for volume to be reduced hotel refused as it was for beach club. Place was never cleaned. for In 5 days rooms not cleaned once. Attitude of staff (average age seemed all early 20's) was no interest in guests to point where bar had no water although 33 degrees outside temp. Cannot think of one good thing to say about the place.

Dont stay there if your looking for relaxing time. I never wrote a review before but that was too much to leave it at itWe arrived at 10:30 pm and the music (bad mix between lounge and thechno) was extremely loud and even if there was hardly anybody around the pool area (except a drunk man and two lonely ladies) the music went on until midnight. We ordered some beer and cocktails but had to drink them in a far corner near reception to be able to talk to each other. Shame because sitting in the garden or around the beach would have been nice. At the reception when I asked they told me that the music was on from 8:00 am until midnight every day which makes it impossible to stay at the pool or even the beach and relax. One of our room had no towel and a strong smell of mold. It took us 4 hours to change room on the second day. Breakfast was ok but no healthy food on offer except 1/2 melon and a couple of fruits. Personal at reception very slow to react. Cleaning of the rooms was ok but something you had new towels sometimes no towelson the second day we could not enter one of our 3 rooms. The lock on the door needed a battery change it took them one hourso much time you lose on thing that should be obvious and that in a not cheap hotel! All together it could be a very very nice place to stay and just relax but as the manager said if you dont like the loud music and you book here its your own problem and its our concept Never again!

Not worth for money and i felt i being robe by the hotel

Nothing at all. The room was hot because of the ac not working although already report to management.

Everything was not good at all. Even the front desk was rude toward me. My mobile phone was left at the room but when i report to one of the stuff they didnt report to management.

The extremely loud music. The arrogant bar manager. The fact that booted hotel guests out of the pool for a NYE party. The Stink of cigarettes in the room. The over priced drinks. Their attempt at being a FINNs of Mayalasia. Avoid at ALL costs

We came for new year count down party. It was our second stay. We love the music and atmosphere. If you dont like loud music, dont stay here. The music plays till late night

Thumping, incessant music, way to LOUD, no chance of relaxation

Up to midday the pool is a beautiful haven for relaxing, cool architecture, beach club style, staff are friendly. Music playing in background for a bit of ambience.

After midday everything changes....incessant til midnight, mind-numbingly house music, so LOUD you can hear it 1km away, no possibility of relaxation and comfort, no change of music style or rhythm. Everyone around the pool looked startled when it began. Really sad, such a nice place, but they wont turn it down. They like it loud, we didn't. We left every day and spend the afternoon and evening elsewhere.
