Guests praised the lovely staff, reasonable prices, and pleasant hotel ambiance at Crowne Plaza Nottingham. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, albeit on the smaller side. The central lo (Read More)cation made it convenient for exploring the city. However, some drawbacks included non-functional showers in the pool and cleanliness issues around the pool area. Parking costs �17 per night. Overall, a great place to stay with easy access to nearby activities.

Overall a nice hotel with some great staff.

Spacious rooms, excellent choice at breakfast and staff super helpful and friendly. Gemma on Reception in particular stood out in this regard.

Getting past the car park barriers was a bit hit and miss every time you needed to pop out. The first card we had didn't work, resulting in me having an embarrassing situation with the driver behind and the hassle of parking back up and going into reception to get the situation rectified. The fire alarm also went off while we were using the pool and spa facilities with young children. The staff were proficient in getting everybody out of the building and did all the could to accommodate us, but it was a false alarm and standing out in the cold for 20 mins in cold, wet weather and when the kids had no shoes or much clothing on was not ideal.

Lovely, centrally located hotel with excellent service albeit our particular room was very small.

The public areas, reception, bar and breakfast room, were all very nice The staff also were excellent

An awesome New Years Eve

Stayed here for New Years Eve to visit my son in Nottingham, hotel is perfectly situated, easy to park and access. Room was perfect. Staff were so lovely, Omar and his team in the bar made our New Years Eve it was such a fun night.

Not as good as usual

I love this hotel and the facilities, very nice rooms, comfy beds, good food, amazing breakfast & I love the bar area. We did encounter a bad check in and was over charged, with some communication issues & our room wasn't ready on time, however once I addressed this to the manager he was apologetic & supplied some free drinks so I was happy with that. The spa area and gym is fantastic and warm and very relaxing.

We were misinformed about times we could use the spa & it was all very unclear. After a battle with the spa manager half my party could stay in the spa but the other 2 were asked to leave despite there being only us in there & it just felt like she had a bee in her bonnet so to speak.
