Hotel was nice and presentable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a gentleman looking after the restaurant at breakfast and he had amazing social skills. His name was John and he was lovely. He asked us how are stay was and gave us some information on local attractions. He couldn't do enough for us. He's a great example of the type of staff that makes our stay, with exceptional people skills.

The TV wasn't setup properly and the remote was broken, so only had access to a few channels, majority of them didn't work and said 'no signal'.

I don't sleep in dirty hotels.

I liked the hotel pictures on the Web site

I didn't stay my bed was dirty there was hair on the bed sheet dirty stains on the mattress. they offered me another room and it was same thing they don't clean the rooms properly. If you go there avoid Rooms 343 and 357. I suggest you check the bed before sleep. it was disgusting. I showed the pictures and I asked for full refund. I send an email and they didn't reply yet.

Alright stay

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely.

The steam room was out of use in the spa. You need a pad lock to use the lockers.

Really comfy bed , clean :)

we booked a hotel for one night, we chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool and we wanted to relax by the pool on New Year's Eve, when we arrived at the hotel the pool was closed at 4:30 p.m., I feel a bit disappointed because we really wanted the pool
