Before arrival, I received unwanted WhatsApp messages directly to my mobile phone. You're supposed to use Booking . com to contact customers, so that's a breach of privacy.
The person checking me in was excessively loud so everyone in the lobby could hear my personal details.
The charge of 50 per day, in case I took something from the fridge, was excessive.
No TV aerial attached to the TV in the room so no terrestrial TV. The TV's proprietary screencast system didn't work so I couldn't hook my smartphone to it.
Slow draining sink & shower. The shower tray leaks onto the bathroom floor so I had to stop the shower every few seconds until it drained. Didn't the cleaner notice this?
There's a sign in the changing rooms to the spa and all over the pool area that states, no cameras, yet several people were taking photos in the jacuzzi and of people, including children, in the swimming pool.
There's a sign stating no children allowed in the jacuzzi or in the steam room, but parents allowed their children into both and no staff hotel members stopped them.
After checking out, I received spam emails directly from the hotel and they would only stop sending them if I unsubscribed, but I didn't sign up for their spam!
