Good but not so good

The breakfast which was served was cold we did complain was told speak to the chef. It was not my job to talk to the chef I'm a customer and it's the job of management to sort it out .I was on my holiday with my family and decided to have our breakfast in the restaurant Witch we paid from my own pocket..About form that we where happy with the hotel service.

It said 5 star mini bar was greeted with 2 bottles of water tried room service no answer rooms very out dated location far out but defetntley not 5 star

Disappointing

The hotel room service was very disappointing. We ordered couple times food and water. It took so long to receive we waited for more than an hour to get our food to our room. On our last day we ordered water to our room but we were completely forgotten and we had to call room service again couple more times until we checked out. We never got our water. We also booked a room with a sea view but the room we got its balcony was small and its door wasnt opening and it wasnt even facing the sea like we thought. Also the bed kept on making loud sounds as if its about to break. I was very disappointed by the hotel although I had high expectations.

Great short stay

Nice hotel towards the edge of Konyaalti, great spa (have hammam, steam room, russian and finnish saunas, and a pool), lovely massage, good food, excellent staff. Loved that toiletries were available from refillable big bottles as well as small single use ones

Breakfast was a bit samey, a bit more variety would be much appreciated (the quality is good, though!), my room also smelled of cigarettes a bit - perhaps would be great to divide the rooms into smoking and non-smoking as some other hotels of the same chain do

The staff is very warm and welcoming. They are very helpful and polite. The hotel has all the amenities. A very comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with my entire stay

The hotel offered many selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main restaurant remained open until midnight everyday. I found that I tried was always cooked to perfection and the breakfast buffet always had more than enough to eat.

There wasn't any transportation offered to visit places of interest withing the city. I feel that if there were maps that showed restaurants, banks and other places of interest would make things a lot more easier to get around. I was surprised that there wasn't any local airport transport services provided for free.
