Dated hotel.

The staff were friendly.

Dated rooms, mediocre food. Dangerous gym which was full of condensation from the pool which meant you slip over on the rusty equipment.

GYM

The location is an advantage as it is close to the airport. The hotel was presented well, it was clean. Most staff were very helpful and hospitality was of high standard.

Unfortunately, the Gym facilities are of a poor standard. The room is not fit for the purpose of the Gym. Further more air conditioning was enadequate. The room smelt of dumb and the floor was always wet. There was also mould on the wall.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. But the most important thing that caught my attention for the first time in my experience in hotels , here is the security manager's vision and his efforts to make the guests comfortable, which is truly admirable.

The carpet color and general design of the restaurant section was a bit depressing.

Staff in the food hall and lounge bar/ patisserie were very friendly and accommodating. Furkhan and Ali during bfast/lunch/dinner were really kind. On our first night, we checked in at 9.05 just after dinner finished and the staff helped us by providing a plate of food after the service was finished. Everyone was very kind and helpful towards my baby too. Would definitely come back here

Horrific avoid this hotel

It was the worst stay of my life. The hotel owner is already lying and making false claims. She doesn't accept my complaint even after I have photos and videos. I asked for a refund during my stay, and she even said it's unreasonable to ask after I check out. However, I did not wait until after check out. I asked after my 1st night and considering one of my party did not check in until midnight it's unreasonable to expect us to move hotels at midnight on Christmas day itself.

Broken jacuzzi, broken blinds in jacuzzi room, burn marks on tables. Broken door in twin room of the king house suite, moldy fruit delivered by room service, no where to sit on balcony as all deck chairs had been removed from my room the before I checked in, false advertising of rooms and photos not accurate. Dirty room upon check-in and having maintenence fixing room my entire stay. Not to mention rude staff that lie. However, I have proof to my claims. Their dinner service was a joke they did not even have enough seating to sit all guest on Christmas day to eat and expected us to join a complete strangers table on Christmas day, not to mentiom rushing other guests out the dining hall This was a nightmare Christmas holiday from HELL. I have videos also, but I can't upload them with my review. Otherwise, I would. I am, however, making a YouTube video to go into more detail about my experience. Oh and I nearly forgot to add that table ornaments broken as well.
