Brilliant - staff were really friendly, there is a free breakfast for guests, the location and parking are great its really easy to get to and accessible with plenty of parking. No problems whatsoever They let my dog stay with me too. Highly recommend especially for the price its great value

Ideal location for needs. Atmosphere, staff and food all fantastic

Fantastic helpful staff. Had a piper to welcome us (was for another party) but we enjoyed it too. Great atmosphere in bar area. Food was exceptionally good. Breakfast was continental and adequate.

Hot water wasn't happening but may have been at end of heavy usage by others? TV didn't work but wasn't staying in room to watch tv so not affected by lack of viewing. Noise from wedding party on a Saturday night in Glasgow to be expected but didn't bother me.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. We had dinner which was really good. We were able to have the dog with us

We couldnt get the hot water so couldnt have showers . No huge issue as we were only there for one night

Very helpful team, lovely stay

I had a wonderful experience with the Crookston hotel. The team could not have been more helpful. I messed up my booking no fewer than 3 times, and they were so helpful and friendly, and sorted it each time without grumble. I am so grateful to the team, thank you. The property was lovely. The room was spacious and kept warm. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast was an added bonus I wasnt expecting.

Value for money and would love to return

Nice room , good shower, Very clean, Loved the restaurant and the food was superb and bar area and reception was very welcoming, i like the layout of the hotel and the all the wood , gives a very historic feel . Its a lovely place.

clearly a lot of contractors stay there as was talking and noise from 4am onwards, some people having conversations on the corridor , also adjacent room he had the tv on all night and after the heating went off it became cool very quickly and felt a little draughty in room 1
