The fitness center The pool is too small for such a big hotel most importantly the.parking bays are not accommodative

Disappointing

Wont be back in that hotel

Rooms looked nice and had been nicely renovated. Excellent view of Table Mountain.

The lifts were terrible - slow and very long delays. The air conditioning unit in the room leaked and so the carpet at the entrance was wet the whole time we were there. Breakfast was the worse hotel breakfast we have experienced in memory, especially on the first day when they ran out of crockery and we had to eat cereal off dinner plates and drink cold drinks from coffee cups.

Location,cleanliness of the hotel.The porters were all very kind,humble and helpful.

Bed pestals don't have drawers.Kindly consider proper pedestals with drawers so that some items can be neatly placed

The Gym facility

The breakfast buffet other food was not original brands it did not taste good at all try buying original brands however you had enough food for all the guests ... The fruit salad was horrible and pork saugages

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Bathrooms need updating and better cleaning, specifically the showers. Room service for tissue took an hour for a roll.

Exceptional

The facility is very good and easily accessible, right in the city centre. A gentleman called Jayson made our stay a pleasant one. He was so helpful

The breakfastthey served the same meal for our entire stay from the 24-27th December. Please work a better breakfast menu atleast each day prepare something different ie Oats, porridge etc
