Nice location, great setup. Clean and great hospitality.

Overcharged for room (double charged) and they had me go back thru the third party app to extend my stay unexpectedly. Won't stay there again as they declined to address the issue after admitting their own mistake.

They charge for overnight parking. Didn't feel that was appropriate. Also charged for breakfast. If breakfast is available it should be automatically included in the cost of the room as most hotels do.

Wont be staying here again.

Location

Paying for parking in a shared retail location, was not notified this in the initial reservation. Paying $329 a night on a Friday and Saturday, and guests next to me and above arriving into their room at 1 am and being loud. Brought this up with the front desk on one night prior to my departure and was told with no concern they would be checking out. Last night, was the same. I will never reserve at this location again and am extremely dissatisfied with the price I paid for a Marriott Courtyard.
