The suite was spacious and clean, but noise from the nearby highway could be heard. The TV in the bedroom couldn't connect to streaming services, but the one in the living room could. The hotel has a (Read More) great location, but is slightly overpriced. Parking is included in a nearby garage. The conference room was cold, but the banquet manager was attentive. The front desk had some communication issues with a colleague. The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located. The only downside is the lack of a microwave in the room. There are dining options and a shopping center nearby.

Services were not rendered. We had an emergency and couldn't secure the room. No accommodations were made to return and no refund to the account! I lost $208.00, my son's 16 birthday was ruined! Staff was rude, confrontational and unprofessional

the rooms were clean and new

paying for parking! And way too much money ! to pay $310 for one night without a continental breakfast, etc is ridiculous! the staff was ok but not really friendly unless you engaged.
