Dirty looking carpets. Looked like someone unalived themselves in the room on the carpet. Noise was a little loud from other rooms.

As soon as we walked in the room we did a room check. Shower still had open body wash and soap in shower and tub, food

WiFi doesnt work Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly had to have staff come clean as soon as we walked in the room. Food still in refrigerator from previous guests, toilet backed up.

The Front Desk Workers On Night Shift Was So Sweet To My Family And I When We Made It Until We Left. She treated us as if she knew us for years!! It was a whole vibe she baked cookies that night and it was wonderful hands down

The specks in the pool made you think you were stepping on something sharp it kept poking my feet like as if the pool needs some work and the bleach in the pool was a mess!!! It was so much bleach not Clorox but bleach, the bleach was burning my kids eyes the second they step foot in the pool room. It messed up my engagement ring, gave me a yeast infection and multiple bumps on my face and neck!! I did not like the pool by far Even though we had it to ourselves. The pool was the worst part for me.
