Good

Good location and it was quiet

Was so strict about check in time they wanted to charge $50 extra totally insane. No coffee unless you pay for it and breakfast was like $15 another unacceptable issue will never go back.

My stay was terrible

We stayed at this property and the alarm system went off over and over. It was cold and we had to evacuate with a small child. We got no sleep at all. The alarm system was still going off at 9 am. The worst part is the place did nothing to compensate for it. I paid 400 for a night and it was a waste.

Exceptional

Best place to stay in Pigeon Forge by far!

Absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The facility was nice, clean and exceptional for children! It by far exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was great and plenty to feed all 5 of my family with extra left over! The Miniture bowling was so fun even my two year old loved it!

It was fantastic staying at Country Cascades. It was our 2nd time here and will be back again.

We like the tub in the bedroom, activities for kids, affordable, nice and attentive employees.

Faulty fire alarm. Alarm rang times, 12mn, 4am, 9am. Messed up our sleep. Guests all went in the lobby in 1st floor. No body told us whats happening. We stayed in 7th floor. Room has a cathedral ceiling. The ceiling fan is dusty. Needs cleaning.

Superb

We had a quick stay for an overnight adventure.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating! I think they really made the stay the best, from the front desk to the activities, the staff were fun and engaging. Loved having the bunk beds in the room. The scavenger hunt for the boys when we got there was extra cute and fun. The activities for the kids and the Christmas decorations were great! We loved the crafts and being able to explore all the Christmas fun.

The layout of the room is a little strange with the sink outside the bathroom. It would also be nice to have a curtain or slide door to close where the bunkbeds are located. The arcade is way over priced, especially when there are so many other ones around the area that are cheaper.
