Exceptional

Everything about our stay worked out very well. Mark was very hospitable, helpful and enhanced our stay. It was easy to find and very convenient for shops and eating. On the whole a quiet house. Courteous lady in the kitchen . Continental breakfast included eggs if desired. Will certainly stay again.

Good location. Lovely lady in the morning making us breakfast early despite not the time to serve brekkie. Appreciate that a lot.

Parking lot line not visible. Hence my car was parked just like the next car, different direction. Then whole family woke up from the knock at the door in the middle of the night to move the car just to accomodate more cars to come, which in the next morning i found out no further more cars that came. Blinds at window need changing, not closing. Kettle is moldy.

Disappointing B&B considering the price paid.

Beds were comfortable and linen was clean.

Never saw the Manager - key left in envelope under mat outside front door. On leaving, key left on hall table. Parking on site, as mentioned, was not adequate for seven vehicles (7 rooms available) and no mention of where to park otherwise. Contact numbers for Manager and in emergency both unavailable. Bedside lights not working - inaccessible sockets, which were switched off, but when switched on flickering light suggested faulty wiring. Lights over mirrors not working either. Dirty headboards not very inviting! Only enough milk for one cup of tea and no biscuits. Disappointing Continental breakfast consisting of cereal, toast, fruit and boiled eggs.
