Superb

Great value for money stay.

Room was spacious and clean, ideal for 2 people. On-site parking was available for a good value fee and breakfast was lovely. Overall, very good value for money.

Exceptional

Comfy, clean, great staff, great breakfast!

Very easy to find this accommodation. Room was booked in the lodge, checked in at the main reception in the Best Western Connaught Hotel literally next door. Paid the 8 charge to park and was given a slip to put on dash. Very polite, friendly receptionist. Went to our room. 1st floor, one flight of stairs or lift available. Totally adequate for our stay, very clean, large tv, tea/coffee making facilities, great shower. Bed was really comfy and we both slept very well. Walked across the little courtyard to the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. What a choice!! Cereals, continental, full english!! We both went for the full english, which was a buffet style, but the waitress served what you wanted onto your plate. Tea or coffee brought to your table. Breakfast was exceptional, the sausages were amazing. All staff were courteous and friendly. Checked out with ease. Would have loved to stay an extra night! Will definately be returning! 8 minute walk to BIC which is where we went for the evening.

Delightful

Cooked breakfast was excellent. Good quality ingredients. Tea and coffee provided by serving staff. Location was perfect for the Bournemouth International Conference Centre. We managed to get the last parking space. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Big bottles of shower gel are unhygienic. Prefer Individual sizes.

Superb

Comfortable and excellent location.

Great location and the Hotel was excellent. We liked the size of the room and the facilities. Usually we find UK hotels to be disappointing, definitely not the case with the Connaught. We decided to have our evening meal in the restaurant and found both the food and staff to be excellent.

Some areas are showing their age slightly.

Very good

Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast good and plentiful. Basic, clean accommodation.

Handy for BIC. Very clean. Building a little tired. Basic but perfectly adequate for a nights stay.

Key card stopped working so we had to go to reception (in a separate building) after returning from a show.

Disappointing

We complained about the room upgrade and were moved to the hotel at an extra cost

Hotel and Spa were lovely. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly.

The lodge was very old and dated. Rooms were not as advertised and that is because the hotel is advertised and not the lodge.

Very good

Had a great pre Christmas weekend with the girls!

We love this place! We come every year in early December and it never disappoints. The staff are always lovely and it just has a really welcoming atmosphere. Lovely breakfast too

Nothing to do with the hotel but its just a shame so many of the big shops have closed in Bournemouth
