The Comfort Suites Denham Springs exceeded expectations with clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the front desk (Read More) was able to locate a lost item. The hotel provided spacious accommodations for a family with children, and the breakfast options were delicious. The only downside was lukewarm water on the first night, but the issue was quickly resolved by the front desk. Overall, a highly recommended and convenient hotel.

Ill never be back.

The breakfast was decent.

We had to be moved to THREE different rooms because the cigarette smoke was so horrible in the rooms even though they were non-smoking. The staff acted like they couldnt smell it and that nobody ever complained before.. it was so bad it gave me a migraine within 20 minutes. Im so glad we didnt end up taking our kids and had we not been moved a third time, I was going to book another hotel.

The room was a nice size.

At a glance, it looks nice and clean. Once you actually look around, you can tell the maintenance and small details have been neglected. The breakfast area floor was stinky. In our room, the headboard was scratched up, the alarm clock plug didn't work, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't replaced. Overall, our stay was ok, not great. I feel like once upon a time, this was a nice hotel to stay at. I won't be back.

Disappointing

Nice place unfriendly staff

Physical building and rooms quite nice

As nice as rooms where, the experience was very negative as a result of unfriendly manager and staff. Night staff was very friendly. Day Manager self imposed rules of cleaning service allowed only once every four days is ridiculous and I protested and let her know my feeling. She insisted and would not offer room cleaning. Total joke for a nice place.. wont be back
