The Comfort Suites Colorado Springs East - Medical Center Area impresses guests with its cleanliness, newly renovated property, and comfortable beds. The staff, particularly the friendly older Indian (Read More) gentleman who checked in a guest late at night, provides exceptional service and accommodations. The spacious rooms and well-lit bathrooms with step-in showers are highlights. However, the pool and hot tub were not working properly, and parking can be a bit of a mess. Despite these minor drawbacks, guests highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, pet friendly, staff excellent! Room smelled clean and fresh!

Floor in the room wasn't as clean as it should be. Loved not having carpet but dust etc could be seen in corners and on bathroom floor.

Excellent accommodations and a great value

New, well appointed and very comfortable. Large guest room/suite. Beautiful modern shower. Excellent TV choices, good wifi. Breakfast quality was very good

Disappointing

close to our destinations

had to ask for bath linens,3 handtowels, 1 washcloth, 3 towels with a reservations for 4, is what we were set up with, no linens for 3rd bed, we requested daily for fresh bath towels n clothes. Grandsons 14 & 17, in the pool, 2 people came in and started talking to them and having inappropriate behaviors and got in the hot tub and were having sex, grandsons were told there was no God, which they defended well, and told the front desk about the inappropriate activities...

Needs better staff for upkeep

Location

Jacuzzi broken and no time it would be fixed. I purposely picked this hotel but amenities poor upkeep. Gym was not impressive and tv broken. Also bath was slippery with no safety measures addressed.

Very good

Had breakfast Monday and Tuesday. Preferred the sausage gravy Monday to the greeb chili Tuesday. Scrambled eggs nicely fluffy both days. Used the waffle maker Tuesday, created a nice light waffle with an exterior crisp.

I will not book here again

The location of the property was great. There are so many shopping and food places less than a 5 mile radius.

A lot of young guys were hanging outside in the front of the hotel my first night there. I had a makeup brush roll under the bathroom vanity and in an attempt to grab it there was a random old towel under there (lets me know the rooms arent throughly cleaned). And the couch in the room looks absolutely disgusting. For this hotel to be newer, there is a lot of wear and tear on the furniture. Also , the guest upstairs did a lot of bumping and jumping that woke me out me sleep. It carried on from 4:40-am up until til 8am. I called front desk and asked if they could do something about it and they said that they would but the loud noises never stopped

Adequate but not great as last time

Great location, good breakfast options, nice staff

I was hoping to use the weight room, pool and hot tub for my physical therapy routine (had shoulder surgery this summer) but the free weights started at 5 lbs and no pulley weights. The pool looked very uninviting (unclean) and the hot tub is still closed. When I stayed here in January the hotel was spotless and quiet. Sadly, this time it was neither. Room was squeaky clean but floors in common areas were not cleaned during my 4 night stay. Had to call the front desk at midnight one night because my neighbors turned their tv on at 11 at deafening levels. Staff responded immediately so I appreciated that. Unless theres more consistent upkeep of common areas this place could go downhill fast.
