Good

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean. The sauna was good.

The sink was partly plugged. The room had very minor used tissue in the bathroom. The main floor carpet could use replacement.

Comfortable, need the Polar Express train.

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. I changed my reservation to one room and they were able to help me via text.

When I came back home I was charged an extra 140, or something like that. I have not an idea why. Before the check out time, I called the front desk, I talked to Zoe at 10:45 and asked for extra 15 minutes. She agreed and said "No Problem". I will be reporting this to Master Card and dispute this charge, it is NOT OK.

Very good

Pet friendly and staff very friendly. Nice breakfast bar.

Fingerprints were all over tables, counters. Always bring sanitizing wipes so I cleaned up. Food from the last guest was left in the microwave and refrigerator. Free popcorn provided in the lobby was in couch cushions.

Ok place for a one night stay.

The person who checked us is was courteous and professional. He did a great job making me feel welcomed. Informed me of all the amenities and hours for things like the free cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The room was clean.

The beds were uncomfortable. Glad we brought our own pillows as the ones provided offered little to no support. Both my wife and I woke up with back aches. Could not find a comfortable sleeping position, hence we got ZERO rest. The bathroom door needs adjustment as it would not latch closed. Had a rude encounter with the person cleaning up the breakfast area. It was a few minutes past the 9:30 cutoff... she was putting away the yogurts onto a small cart to take back to storage, so I asked if I may have one. She tapped on the sign on the mini fridge door and said "these are for breakfast." I asked "so I can't have one?" she snapped "No!'... kind of petty on her part. It would have been one less yogurt to put away. The general areas were not clean. There was a lack of cleanliness throughout. Both of the elevators we used were dirty. There was dog feces in the parking lot.
