Enjoyed my restful overnight stay.

The Colorado Springs Marriott has a very Friendly staff that was very helpful and hospitable.

Somebody left the windows open in my corner room, it was freezing cold until I tracked down the source of the problem.

It was a nice stay in a great location but some work on the property and it would have been better

The location of the hotel was wonderful with an amazing view and hiking trails surrounding the property. The coffee bar is EXCELLENT and the baristas are the BEST! The lobby is well maintained by nice older man that does a great job keeping it tidy and it has a nice, cozy fireplace to sit by. We chose to spend our time in the lobby due to how nice it was.

The rooms need to be refurbished and cleaned better. The beds are very uncomfortable. Both hot tubs were broken and that was one of the reasons we chose the property.

It wasnt bad except for check-in, that was a COMPLETE JOKE

The property was beautiful

We arrived at 345pm for our 4pm check in and had to wait an HOUR for our 3 room to be finished being cleaned. And then they werent even together. We had to take 1 room 2 floors from the rest of our family.

Disappointing

The buffet was good. They had a nice variety. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful.

We did not get the room we reserved upon arrival but, we were able to change without too much hassle. The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We found some random pills under the edge of the bed and a liquor bottle under the couch.
