Poop on the back of the door and wall of the bathroom. Cleaning crew's need to wipe down and pay attention to walls and doors when cleaning the rooms.

Toilet was plugged. Pool was closed even after clerk told me it was and I went to Walmart and bought a new swim suit

Pool was out of service and when asked to get help to enter the jacuzzi since that was the only thing open representative had to call someone which would take days to get someone to open door since lock didn't work but worked the previous night only like the breakfast part room was okay

Had to wait 45 minutes for the breakfast to be restocked everything was empty with a hour and a half till breakfast was over. Breakfast staff on 11/25 was rude and not very friendly.

My husband and I had a great stay and would choose to stay here again.

Always hot and varied every day. Clean hotel. Located in a good area of town. Easily accessible to the interstate. Very close to downtown, yet just far enough away to avoid homeless folks. In the building, there is only one small elevator (I think Im recalling this correctly) which makes it slow going from car to room.

I was pleased with everything.

Lovely and affordable

We were very pleasantly surprised, the room was very comfortable and we had a lovely time and a lovely view. We will be back. Very pleasant and clean place.

Everything was fine! Only suggestion would be that we would have liked access to paper plates when we purchased microwavable snacks from the lobby.
