carpet next to bed soaking wet took days to get it solved, left property one day earlier because of getting this problem solved.

When the overpayment is returned to me, the stay will have been great

Room was perfect, convenient parking, fully equipped and supplied kitchen, very comfortable beds.

We booked through Priceline and prepaid in full. Upon check-in we were told that there was outstanding tax amount that had to be paid before checking in. Upon investigation, it was already paid.appeal ongoing

Didnt even get to stay here.

Please be careful when booking this place for your vacation. I was excited to stay here as its super close to everything Disney! Unfortunately I get a call at 7:30pm the night before I leave saying they have to move me hotels. Mind you I booked this 2 1/2 months in advance and paid it in full at the time of booking! Talk about stressful. The place they sent me too was 20min away from where we were suppose to be. Although it was a nice place it was a lot further than I planned on driving every day!

Good place to stay especially for families

Location is perfect. Very close to Disney springs and the parks. Lots of parking. I love having a washer and dryer to not bring home dirty clothes. And the full kitchen was great to save money.

I hated they don't do housekeeping. Asked for a room refresh but they don't do that and you have to take your own trash out. They also stated online they had an airport shuttle but this was not true.

Check in unprofessional agent was laughing and joking with agent when trying to check in they had 2 reservations for me when I only had one she spoke Spanish to manager jose while trying to find out problem I only speak english unfortunately for her my husband is mexican and Spanish is his first language .so he understood everything she said Very unprofessional I considered her age as factor very young ...place was beautiful just not happy with agent trying to check in very disappointing
