Very good

Comfortable but not healthy breakfast

+ Clean and comfortable + Good location, five minutes walk to bus 101 that goes to the airport + Extra custom pillows can be provided + Nice bathroom, good quality toiletries, hair dryer + Blackout curtains + Fridge

I was disappointed with the breakfast. As for a four star hotel it was quite poor and consisted mainly of processed meats, baked goods and sugared yoghurts. No fresh vegetables, no cheese or olives (in Spain!!), no plant based milk, etc. Four sugary syrups to pour on your croissant but only two fruit options, one of which wasn't even ripe. Not a very nutritious breakfast to have before a long flight.

Close proximity to the airport. Room was big enough for our family of 4 and luggage. Bathroom and beds were ok. Onsite restaurant was good.

Pleasant

Reasonable hotel not too far from airport.

Helpful, friendly reception staff. Easy walk to metro one stop from airport.

Bathroom could have been cleaner (someone else's hairs). Noisy room as only poorly fitting secondary glazing not proper double glazing.

Exceptional

Repeat visit. Very convenient as a stopover for the airport. Very efficient staff who went out of their way to assist us. Would prefer to stay here as has a personal feel than to stay in central Madrid. Cannot fault anything about this place. For us it's home from home
