Terrible shower in Bath, worst ever, no tea or coffee in room, miles from airport, waited an hour for shuttle then took a 20 euro taxi.

Location, nearby the airport

I arrived at 12 midnight and left the following morning at 8:30 am. I was asked to pay 24.95 for breakfast I didnt have (my reservation didnt include breakfast). I had to pay 4 for a non- mineral small bottle of water. A four star hotel, no tooth brush, distilled water 4 Staff unprofessional discussing the payment for a breakfast I never had while I had to take the bus to the airport Not a good experience
