Disappointing

While the location was good, the rooms inside were very old and poorly maintained.

The location was good. The restaurant had decent food.

The front office first tried telling me they did not receive the confirmation from booking.com. I showed them the email confirmation, after which they were rude, telling me to find alternate accommodation. Their response disappointed me after paying for the accommodation in advance. I told them I would complain to Booking.com. Following the threat, they asked me to wait and eventually let me have the room. The room and pillows were old and moldy. The walls and furnishings were stained. It had stained carpets.

Room key shortage . So opened by hotel staff and visiting card inserted to light up the room . remote of TV not available due to shortage. Asked for fruits during breakfast . No reply. Even staff tried to avoid looking at me to save self from reply . Old shabby . Smile is of dampness. Iron given is not working properly, Auto cut off not working. Stick to shirt as some material already sticked to its base
