A hotel in the heart of Vienna

The location of the hotel was great. 2 minutes walking to St. Stephen's Church. There is no one to greet you at the hotel, they give you a password and room number via message beforehand, but we did not have any difficulty.

There were no shower slippers

Head on the room not working AC doesn't work on the Hotel. The regulation is global disconnected. All guests were complaining about it.

If you want a central location in Vienna close to the underground you could do a lot worse

200m from St Stephans Platz, although pretty quite, room clean. Despite central location there was not so much noise from the street to disturb you sleep.

Nothing I didnt like, everything worked, it may have been a problem if it hadnt as there was no staff on site.

Excellent location at the center of the city near Stephanplatz whith an easy access to the nearest metro station at 4 min walk and 10 min walk to the opera where you can get the hop-on hop-off buses at their departure. Stephanplatz and its nearby roads are the heart of the city at this time (late November). A renovated, warm and very clean room at a quiet road within the urban fabric. Nearby many cafes, restaurants and shops.

The odours at the staircase of the old pension building, where Asian people cooked. The kitchen by the staircase has no adequate ventillation. European people are not familiar with such intensive smells. However, the pension and its rooms are isolated and far away from such odours.

Location Comfort Warmth ( winter) large windows Spacious room Communication was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT despite no reception Easy Access Quiet street literally just around the corner from Stephansplatz.
