Crocroches in the room not maintained Lesser food for buffet not value for money No room service Diner on 30th December 2023 there is a vegitable rice can't eat Salads only carots and cabeg Bbq night only had kebab not tasty and sausage I have paid 70k Breakfast all drinks are from sun quick Cheese are sliced to thin stripe Again sasuges and sasuges Vegetables only watermelon

Beautiful ocean front hotel

Great beautiful ocean front location, close to turtle beach and reaturants. 25mins drive to Galle worth visiting. Breakfast is great lots of choice and tasty, lovely outdoor pool with views. Would defo recommend.

Rooms are big and spacious we were on the 10th floor, a little scary walking along the balcony on the top floor. Great hotel but the Ants in the room along the side table next to fridge keep appearing. rooms are comfortable and equipped ok.

Great location

We called in on the off chance of a room for a couple of nights, we were told they had no rooms available so we left and checked booking.com and we booked a room (wish we hadn't). Room had no hot water, no safe (we did have instructions on how to use the non existent safe) . Kettle didn't work, damp smelling, the most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in, sink leaking in bathroom. We ended up leaving and found a hidden gem around 2 minutes walk away called villa Kaya. fabulous

A Definite No

The location was about the only good thing

The staff were rude at check-in. Completely talking down to their guests. They didn't seem to have an idea of what they were doing. They gave us 3 rooms separated and at each end of the building. We had several people with young babies and elder people, all of whom were given difficult accessibility rooms. They didn't like us toggling with the AC, and the food was just about the poorest buffet style I had during my 2 week stay, and this hasn't been my first time to sri lanka either. Our own room was on the fourth floor and after the first day the lift broke...we had a 9 month old. We had to trek up and down the stairs everyday for anything. At one point we just decided to order to our room, away from the rest of our family as we didn't want the hassle of taking our baby up and down 4 flights of stairs. It took an hour for our food to arrive at the room. There are far better places to stay in this area that not only feel better but function better and treat you better. This was a definite no. Do better.
