BNR is old world charm: conveniently located, nice property and excellent food.
Service has gone down. During my 3 day stay, the WiFi availability was intermittent at best...and the management was unable to help. This is basic stuff and should have been fixed in a jiggy. Despite all its charm, I'll hesitate to book here again.

Lactation of the hotel is excellent and Room is spacious but needs improvr
Breakfast was not up to the mark and I am surprised that even brown bread was not provided. Other things were OK.Certainly needs improvements even in their Dinner menu
Breakfast,Dinner menu and even the mattresses of the bed were not comfortable to be checked by experts.

Disappointing
Though location wise good and in housing betterbut food qualities needs a lot of attention
Breakfast poor.needs alot of overhauling.Food quality very poor..Space is suffocating & noisy.
Welcome drinks to be provided Bell attendant to be more prompt Breakfast needs a lot of re thinking

Breakfast was ok-ok, not may options but fine. location, ambiance and behavior of staff was excellent.
My daughter was bit by insect in the kids pool, would suggest to cover the pool area with some hood so that insects don't get in from plants . also, there was no staff around the pool to help, no service of food or drinks near pool area was also disappointing.
