Perfect location, right by the beach. The view from the amazing, you can watch amazing sunrises over the ocean from your bed.

The place is old and poorly maintained. The floor of the room was greasy and dirty, we had to inform the management company who cleaned it the day after, however it wasn't still a good standard. We requested a baby cot, which they gave us, but packed in a cardboard without bed sheets, it was unusable. I'm giving it a 6 only because of the location and the view.

Its a great location but the hotel decor needs updating.

Great central location right on the beach. You can walk to most places and the S line bud can take you downtown.

The bathroom was gross. The tub didnt drain and when I alerted the host nobody responded. The furnishings in the room were frayed, chipped and faded. Only decaf coffee provided in the room. The lobby needs a complete overhaul. They need to put more valet staff on Saturday as we waited nearly an hour for our car.

Superb location with onsite access to beach and beachwalk. Comfortable beds. Free valet parking.

Dated furnishings. Bathroom needs updating.

Nice apartment to stay in Miami Beach, with pool and easy beach access

Swimming pool is nice, gym has quite some different machines. easy access to the beach. The room itself also has a small kitchen which is nice. Theres additional beach towels which is a plus!

Location is a bit further out from where it all happens, nonetheless its a short drive so shouldnt be an issue.
